Don't know why people saw this as a good line-up for us today. Looks really weak, lack of pace and in Murphy, Cole and Armstrong, that's three of our best players out. Saw the line-up and thought oh dear. :(

Yep, agree and we shouldn't forget we could be without two of our very best players in Fleck and Armstrong. That would be a big blow.

Anyway I think the title should read 'The gap widens or closes today, or stays the same. ' Cover all angles.

I am also thinking in terms of Rose too though because Bigi worries me a bit. I quite like him, but he is more reckless with his passing than Fleck and is a bit rash too. Would be happier if we strengthed the midfield. This is why I too think JOB may well be in.

Whether people rate MAF or not, he is a different type of player to Tudgay so I agree. If Armstrong is out it will probably be MAF. Would like to see a fluid front 'two' though of Maddison and Murphy. Not out and out strikers but a fluid two, in free roles. Don't think TM would do that though...

I like all these 'must wins.' Just like Burton was a must win and Walsall was a must win and Chesterfield was a must win and Oldham was a must win and Doncaster was a must win! :D I think now we should just put every game down as a must win. Can we have it as a sticky please Nick! ;)

I will be okay with a draw. Really could do with a win, but I think this will be a very tough game. Really fancy us to get the 3 points next week against Scunthorpe, but today I think may well be a draw.

I know we have done well without him, but we haven't done well BECAUSE he is out of the team. I think it is just a coincidence. We haven't played any better when he hasn't been there and he is the top scorer in this league! We will miss him without any doubt.

Was just watching the cricket. Anderson bowling. Time inbetween each ball and his starting his run has been 31 secs. Ball in play for 2.5 secs (ball from hand to bat with a play and a miss/ball straight through to keeper/defensive prod down the pitch/shot fielded at short range for no run.
