I think it's really sad when something becomes bigger than the football club to individuals (that's not in a condescending way, by the way). For me, nothing will ever be bigger than the club. Why wouldn't they pass them as fit and proper - they do it all the time with owners/potential owners who have no money/are dead/give no name etc etc! In conclusion, the football are not very good... at all.
