I mean yeah of course she was named. She provides data and would be able to help Mark make a decision. In our old system, mark was responsible for hiring his staff and probably wanted more opinions and apologies on the sack her, think that was the original viewpoint.

Her involvement is a doing phycological evaluations and reviewing fitness not really the same as decided who to and who not to sign. Unless I’ve missed something

I mean we had Robins before that who was responsible for the football operations including final say on transfers. You don’t need a DOF in the traditional set up
