I think this could be considered as an exceptional circumstance, if your friend needs your support you'd only be letting your friend down if you didn't. If you choose to go on your own or not when your friend doesn't need support then that's up to you.

Well the value of a contract to buy a player rises if the contract is long period of time, you'd think in theory that would probably be the case however I doubt anyone bidding for any Football Club would be in a position where all the players at x club are on contracts for a period of 3-5 years

In fairness to Jordan he has made two defensive errors that have cost goals this season (Preston Equaliser and Shrewsbury Equaliser) however he does look better at Cb and once he eradicates the mistakes all will be well.

I can't see the gain of it, however I can see SISU getting the stadium on the cheap and then selling the Club and Arena, which will be nearer a valuation that they would have wanted in the first place which they wouldn't of got with just the club and no stadium.
