Well supposedly he’s worth whatever someone will pay for him - in this case, £31 million. I’m just repeating what others have said, I also think it’s a huge amount.

In the final game of the season you can make the argument, but for the rest of the time he’s pretty much level with Sheaf/Eccles. If your definition of a no 10 is “someone who occasionally goes forward” then sure, he was a no 10.
