CWR are saying that the club turned down an approach yesterday. Today Huddersfield came back with a money offer and our board went away to think about it and then came back and turned that down too.
Unless it was Waggott who signed Clarke?
Robins did seem to be quite dismissive in his comments about Clarke on Saturday didn't he. Who knows. Just throwing anything and everything out there trying to make sense of it all.
Either that, or there's some small bloke with a trilby hat and dark sunglasses sitting in the director's box there tonight trying to look inconspicuous.
This is why I want to wait and see what MR has to say for himself.
Maybe he feels he was made promises that weren't kept. We've been there many a time here at CCFC haven't we.
Let's wait and see if he's gone and what he has to say on the matter.
I feel worse than I did when we were relegated too.
At least we saw that one coming for some time. If this is true this is a real body blow when we really thought we were going places after so, so long in the doldrums.
I am rather ashamed of many of you lot tonight on here.
Calling MR a c*** and really slagging the guy off.
We don't even know if this is true and we have yet to hear MR say anything on the matter. At least give the guy a chance to speak before you hang draw and quarter him!!
Dear me, it's...
CWR saying Huddersfield approached us yesterday. We rejected the approach. Huddersfield then came back today with a figure re the clause, CCFC then rejected that too.

You don't want to hear Mark Robins side of the story first then? You just want to draw the conclusion that this is all down to him?

We've had past on this though haven't we.
Do believe both Dowie and Boothroyd said they were promised money in the transfer marker and it didn't happen.
If Robins was promised transfer money in Jan and it didn't happen that could explain his change of heart.
And change of heart he clearly...
