    Yes but they keep saying that they need the income from opening every day therefore they need land to do other projects a ground on its own will make nothing so would be better off at the Ricoh, they would have to pay for the day to day running of a building that is only used 20 odd times a year...

    look at the end of the day if they can afford over 30 million to build a stadium surely they can afford to buy the Ricoh a ready made stadium and better then anything they can buy from Ikea? Make a reasonable offer and ACL would take it then again it is Sisu!!!
