"Coventry City owners lead club to Northampton and towards the abyss"

I laugh every time I see this term used. Let me make something clear to you Valiant, Sisu and Rent are not two things that over the last couple of years that have gone together in tandem, so if that's your insult it's not very well thought of.

"Coventry City owners lead club to Northampton and towards the abyss"

Obviously the Council don't believe that £4m is a good enough value for the Freehold, the only reason they would consider it I would imagine is because the council's valuation is more than the £25m they are willing to pay out for a new stadium that they'd build themselves.

"Coventry City owners lead club to Northampton and towards the abyss"

If Les Reid facts are inaccurate I will look to balance the arguement, however I never said that it was on sided I just pointed out comments that I believed were an inaccurate version of the true facts after which I have had further clarification.

"Coventry City owners lead club to Northampton and towards the abyss"

Lets start with this BHSB "Coventry city council, which built and owns the high-quality, 32,000-seat Ricoh Arena." Was the Council the only entity to input money into the Arena's construction and if so much by how much in % of the total cost?

"Coventry City owners lead club to Northampton and towards the abyss"

A few things with this article: "Sisu's decision to take the club 35 miles from Coventry to Northampton Town's Sixfields Stadium, and play hardball with Coventry city council, which built and owns the high-quality, 32,000-seat Ricoh Arena." - David Conn makes it sound as it CCFC gave nothing...

    AFC Coventry

Temporarily, there is no professional Football in Coventry, but there is no quick fix to that is there? You can't create a Phoenix Club and tomorrow it be in the League 2. It took AFC Wimbledon 8 years to climb through all the Leagues and into League 2, how many fans would you get at a Phoenix...

who is going sixfields for the crewe game !!

Whether it is right or wrong people will go to Sixfields and some people won't, I respect the people who go as they have their reasons as with me who refuses to go. It doesn't make any fan lesser a fan or any fan greater a fan. The true home of the club is in Coventry.

    Trouble at Cov station

This reminds me of what happened to me at Cov station last season funnily after the same fixture, I was stood waiting for a taxi and there were quite a few Cov fans still singing City songs, when a bloked walked up to me and accused me of being violent and aggressive, I tried to tell him that we...
