    Court hearing delayed

I could be wrong - but out of the G20 - haven’t we the lowest corporation tax and the slowest economic growth?

    Court hearing delayed

No - my “sounds good” comment was tongue in cheek. We all need to pay more tax. Employees, employers, especially the rich (individuals and businesses) who have unequal access to cheap debt unlike the poor.

I’m very happy to pay more tax. Would support a more Scandinavian approach.

Sounds nice - So why is the NHS nearly falling over, we have 22000 less police on the streets, crime is on the up and food banks are being used.

They’re happy as Larry at the moment. Coleman gone, owner selling up, debt free, prem parachute payment next season. If we go up - they’re gonna love playing us twice!

Match Thread Coventry City at Cheltenham Town Match Thread - Saturday 28th Apr

Just got back - great win. Gutted Mansfield won after being behind twice. But in some ways it’s good that we don’t take our foot of the peddle now - momentum is needed to produce in the playoffs. Let’s win next week and march on to Wembley!!! By the way - do the lads have to run on the pitch...

Back home and gutted. Basically it was like watching pub football when two massive guys (no 9 and 8) got the ball pumped up to them - defenders looked shit scared. Hopefully we’ll do them in the play off final now.

Match Thread Coventry City vs Grimsby Town Match Thread - Saturday 24th Mar

Good result - Grimsby were terrible though to be fair. Hyam, Grimmer, Bayliss, JCH and McNulty all stood out today. Oh and I actually like Haynes in the team ahead of stokes all day long.

    Favourite ever goal?

I base mine on how I felt being there rather than the technical abilities (or how spectacular) meaning my favourites are:- Adebola vs Blackburn away in the cup. Basically steamrolled his way through about 45 players and slotted home. Misfud’s 2nd v United in the league cup. 50 thousand glory...

Nuneaton MP to raise CCFC home next season in Parliament

English footballs administration needs fundamental change. Yes it’s easy for a Cov fan to pipe up on this subject as we need help now - but when the financial bubble of the prem pops there will be loads of clubs like us. Look at Sunderland for one. I feel the 92 league clubs need to forfeit...

Have we enough points to avoid the drop yet?

    Meltdown

After his injury and yesterday’s performance, I realised how much we miss Grimmer - he is an outlet down that side. Also a fairly useful defender - DKE yesterday highlighted this. The cup run has changed the focus of the players in my opinion - additional games that we really didn’t need in...
