Thinking on it with their injuries would be tempted to switch to a 4-2-3-1 to try and control the game more than the 5-3-2.

I think the issue is even with the funding the club has still been making losses meaning they can only spend so much even though the pot is pretty much unlimited

He’s not a crap player and if we were having him from Swansea or pre season I’d bite you hand off but right now? Is he even going to be fit to play a game and impact it. Offering a lower deal with conditions that improve the wage up and give him a year is more than reasonable imo
