Well we didn’t really look like scoring and shot ourselves in the foot with a sloppy piece of play that led to a free kick-the only way Wednesday we’re going to score and so it turned out. Unfortunately the depth/quality of the squad at this level is starting to show.

Done 5.6 miles today-but Jeez-had to grit my teeth to try and stay with it till the end.

Again a bit drab. For all those shouting out for 2 upfront-if you don’t get the ball to them or provide any service it doesn’t matter if you have 1,2 or 10 up there.
