Well. I just looked and it doesn't go that far over his head. He's quite a way off his line, so I think he could have back stepped a few paces and reached it. If that had been a real effort on goal without the restart thing, that would go down as terrible goalkeeping to my mind. :)

He could have got that NW, I'm sure of it. At least given it a go. At first he makes no movement at all. I reckon had he really gone for it the opposition would indeed have redressed the balance.
