Problem is for how long have we heard that there will be a railway station at the Ricoh yet to this day it hasn't materialised, it's a lot like the new CCFC Stadium, I won't believe it will happen until the first brick is laid, I am skeptical.

The question is does the Conference business require more hotels? One could guess that's why CCC have come up with this idea, but like you said Chicken and Egg with regards to future events and better opportunities.
