US business man planning to launch bit to bring CCFC back to the ricoh

A return for her investors? Sounds like any other business to me. Admittedly the way Sisu are going about it is wrong 100%, but none of us are aware of Joy Seppala or Sisu's desires regarding the Council/ACL it's speculation and none of us can confirm it. We have both stated two ways the Club...

US business man planning to launch bit to bring CCFC back to the ricoh

I agree with that, but according to Martin Kelman's original article, he is due to have willing investors also involved in this idea? I agree with what you're saying about the fans though it's not right that Martin Kelman or any party feels that negotiation should be financed from the fans point...

US business man planning to launch bit to bring CCFC back to the ricoh

The thing is BSB how many plausible solutions have we had? For instance the basis of this thread is built on a fan who hasn't even spoken to the Club! Martin Kelman could agree the best deal recorded in history with ACL but it won't mean Jack if Martin Kelman doesn't run it over with the Club's...

Doesn't the Council have the right to Veto against any purchase of any the 50% shares? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

But what it also gives you is the lack of animosity between ACL and Sisu which is something that should be explored. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

US business man planning to launch bit to bring CCFC back to the ricoh

I don't disagree with any that and as I have previously stated all monies that Sisu are willing to invest in any new Stadia should be used to purchase as much of the Ricoh's revenues that will benefit CCFC as humanly possible. I think we can all agree on the Northampton move by the way BSB, I...

US business man planning to launch bit to bring CCFC back to the ricoh

JSN you pick out that one quote from ML but on three separate occasions in that article, ML states that the Clubs board and/or owners need to be consulted. Don't take this the wrong way Sir but it's like you have picked what you wanted from that article. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

US business man planning to launch bit to bring CCFC back to the ricoh

But according to Sisu BSB, Sisu won't go back to the Ricoh under a tenancy agreement.. If Sisu buy out ACL they will benefit from a lot more than just the Football Stadia, the conference centre, Hotel, etc. surely that would benefit the Club in the long term, should it be used in that manner of...

US business man planning to launch bit to bring CCFC back to the ricoh

I am not sure the Board of the Club will see it that way, for two reasons, firstly any deal that Martin Kelman is likely to agree with ACL is unlikely to be similar to the previous tenancy agreement and closer to the last deal offered by ACL. Secondly the Club won't be handing over a penny to...

    We've got to do something!

Joe I do feel for you, as fans we are all in the same boat no matter the line you stand on. Problem is however the fans do not hold any of the cards in this situation, out of the pack of 52 we hold a Joker and that's not helpful. It sounds as if we can only pin most of our hopes on Sisu doing...

US business man planning to launch bit to bring CCFC back to the ricoh

As I have said a billion times on this forum, Sisu should open discussions with the Higgs Trust regarding the 50% stake of ACL that they currently hold and then further down the line the remaining 50% stake from the Council. Will this be done, highly unlikely but it's what most people would do I...

US business man planning to launch bit to bring CCFC back to the ricoh

I haven't seen this mentioned on the thread, so apologies to all if I have missed anything but there was an article on the CT website regarding a response to Martin Kelman: A Sky Blues director says an American businessman who has come up with a proposal to get the club back to Coventry should...

US business man planning to launch bit to bring CCFC back to the ricoh

That's not the argument I was making Duffer and you are well aware of it, what I am insisting though is that the Club need all the revenues it generates to be financially sustainable, currently that can't be the case because ACL profit from those revenues, be it £1 or £1,000.

US business man planning to launch bit to bring CCFC back to the ricoh

That's fair enough BSB but my point was if Martin Kelman wanted to make an offer of this sort, Mr Kelman should have gone directly to the Club first.

Pressley: League 1 survival would be 'unbelievable'

Baring in mind: - A ten point deductrion. - No summer signings - 53% of the First team squad during the opening game were of Academy players. - No support in numbers from 'home' crowds When you pack all this in together it was always going to be difficult and added on top of that we sold...

Martin Kelman does obviously not read this forum. ACL have profited from our Club for to long, but you are correct I am sure Sisu don't want this trend to continue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It's all good saying that Chipfat but surely this offer - if it can even be considered as one - should have been made to the Club instead of ACL? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

US business man planning to launch bit to bring CCFC back to the ricoh

Agreed. However a first step is someone making this offer to the Club and not directly trying to contact ACL. Ultimately the Club has a say on where we play and not ACL? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
