It would be crazy to dismiss the idea that this killer was an Islamic terrorist but we do at least need to establish some facts - where and how often did he attend mosque? Was he Sunni or Shia?

I think it’s a little easier to ascribe political motivation to a murder when the murderer shouts out the name of a political party during the attack, and the victim is an MP.

He was one of the highest earners at the club and played more for the reserves than he did in MLS. He hasn't played a single minute of match football in three and a half months. At the very least you can read into it that his career has stalled and he has a mountain to climb in terms of fitness...
