I don’t think any of the old houses or blocks are being used at the moment Stu.

Totally agree FB. Yes we are all skeptical based on the history of SISU’s ownership, but let’s this play out before writing it off completely.

I wonder if there is away around that by SISU/CCFC hypothetically, for instance if the Club said it was a community hub/stadium project, Power League is up there currently, also with the school for kids with behavioural needs and a new stadium they could suggest that SBITC could base themselves...

    Woodlands

I’m pretty sure it’s only the two (Gibraltar and Canterbury) which surely must be on the verge of falling down - in comparison the old hospital was a listed building but they pulled that down for student accommodation.

Me too! Albeit I was in Cresswell, three generations of my family had been there and I was first to get in serious trouble, I was not flavour of the month, but good times.

    Woodlands

Gibraltar and Canterbury are 100% listed to my knowledge - or they were when the school was last open.

I’m not sure that the road infrastructure will be something that holds up the application, while it isn’t uncommon for most new Football Stadiums to be built on the outskirts to the City and links to local A-roads and Motorways if the application means regeneration of the local area, with new...

I did suggest this would be a good site on Friday on a seperate thread, the only problem I can foresee is that some blocks are listed buildings.

    Stadium Deadline

MK have stated that they’ve had no contact with CCFC so I would say that’s unlikely.

Ground share will be a disaster

The Telegraph have reported that MK are not one of the five clubs previously mentioned as offering City a ground share for next season. While you can take a lot of things they report with a pinch of salt, if they've made an effort to contact MK to get that answer I would say it's not likely to...

SISU Open Letter Reply to Council

Even more ironic when you take into account it was less than two weeks ago that the Sky Blue Trust were creating another PR stunt by protesting in Coventry and London. Throwing stones in glass houses comes to mind.

    Council Land List

There are also a lot of sites with unspecified number SQM, which could also be any of the sites.

    Council Land List

Woodlands Academy is a site that stands out from that list. If SQM in the columns relates to Square Metre, then given the size per SQM only a handful of sites are realisitc. As a comparison the Ericsson Exhibition hall inside the Ricoh is 6,000sqm, which Woodlands exceeds.

SISU Open Letter Reply to Council

It suggests to me that SISU and their specialist team have had some communication, but they've not had the progress they desired - that's how it reads to me.

SISU Open Letter Reply to Council

Fuming doesn't even come close to how I feel OSB, every single party or group that has come into contact with CCFC has tainted our Club in a manner to suit their own gain. I find this entire situation to be disgusting.

SISU Open Letter Reply to Council

Depending on how advanced the discussions are SISU could also be bound by a NDA not to release any information as to the location of the site or the negotiations relating to that sale. There was a similar case when CCFC was discussing plans for a new training ground.

    Robins will leave

Alongside the fans I do feel for Robins, his staff and the squad. On the pitch especially since our first win at the new Wembley there has been a feel good factor (most of the time) on the pitch, promotion was achieved last season and we've looked capable at times this season, despite lacking...

    New Ground...Call their Bluff

I've not seen anyone who has suggested that. A lot of people think that a stadium that was fully owned by CCFC would be brilliant for the Club whether that be the Ricoh or elsewhere is open to debate. Agree with the OP in a sense, the bluff should've been called when SISU made their big...
