Don't think that's true. There were a few moaning about it but certainly not everyone. I was happy enough with signing Gyok but he has certainly exceeded my expectations.

Oh yeah definitely is a case of hit and hope a lot of the time and not particularly blaming anyone for not being there, was just the only cross I can remember into a good area between the keeper and the backline. Decent pace and the keeper wasn't comfortable with it. It's more of a decision...

It was hardly all huff, first ten mins this half we played good stuff. They just constantly had 10 players in their own penalty area which makes it difficult when shooting.

Wigan have defended really well but we look a step above them in terms of quality on the ball. Hope we can get something out of this.

He does do something with it. Forcing the opposition into hurrying and making errors. I like this "Allen doesn't just run around a lot, the goal on Saturday was a direct result of him running around a lot" 😁

No I don't think it is really. I do agree with an earlier poster who mentioned his inability to drive at the opposition and his tendancy to play a safe pass backwards or sideways when on the attack. But I just think he's playing within his limitations. Give it to one of the other lads to make...

Running around a lot is an underrated contribution by a lot of people on here. I do agree he's missing that nice first touch that COH, Sheaf, Hamer have but he's in the team for his engine.

Amazing what 5 minutes in the Premier League can do to a fan base.
