As much as the managerial merry-go-round sucks, right now I'd be happy with a been-there-got-the-T-shirt kind of manager. Yes, the same old names appear all over the leagues, but that isn't a bad thing for a club in our state. A Gary Johnson / Phil Brown type, who knows his stuff. Not exciting...

Personally, I'd rather have a manager who has a shit-ton of L1 experience; we need someone that knows how to survive in this division - the type of players who thrive at this blood and thunder level. That's not to say JFH doesn't have that knowledge, but his CV doesn't suggest that's the case...
