And it's not beyond the wit of man to see a situation where the entity that entered administration could suddenly find itself solvent again with an injection of funds from an associated source - provided of course that an amicable arrangement can be reached with other parties.

I think that you'll find that if it's in writing (or print as in e-mail), and it's not factually correct, even in a private message that is made public, and insult is caused or taken, in law that's libel.

To be honest, it's been out of hand for quite some time, so all it's going to take is a few zealous investigators to trawl back over the threads for the past month and they'd have a field day with some posters. Just remember what Lord MacAlpine did with all of those Twitter warriors in court.

So, hypothetically, if SISU decide that they don't want to continue with the administrator that they originally nominated, within the 14 day period, and appoint a different administrator, does the 14 day period start again? Possibly to have the formal confirmation take effect after March 28th?

I've seen this mentioned a couple of times now with regard to administration. Does this mean that we go in a sort of temporary admin from day 1, with two weeks to sort things out before going into full administration? How does the 14 day 'grace' period work?
