For home games yes, there is abuse but for away games you have to collect them in person either the day of the game or the day before in the host city. So, yes you could travel and then pass them on but that is highly unlikely so abuse is negligible.
Some tickets are definitely cheap but there...
I personally think it gives more fans a chance who struggle to get to some games for whatever reason, whilst still rewarding those most loyal.
I know it is a compromise, but I don’t reckon it can be too bad if England have used it for the last 20+ years. It really depends on your definition of...
We should do what England do for away games. 70% of allocation goes to those with top points, other 30% gets balloted to those others with membership who apply. Gives everyone a chance - it’s not massive for some games, but there is always a chance and it stops it being a closed shop.

I fear for us Tuesday - it’s all very well resting players, but once you get out of a winning habit (particularly when you have been stuffed twice), it’s hard to get that habit back.
What the last week has shown is what terribly poor passers of the ball we have when pressed. All of our defence are incapable of passing out under pressure, with Allen and Rudoni not much better.
Our 4 match winning run against the run-of-the-mill dross of the Championship made us believe, but...
I’ve been critical of him at times and his touch is questionable sometimes, but fuck me, how can you say his goal required luck - it was a perfect hit and will probably be our goal of the season. Give him some credit when it’s due.
Yeah, pretty busy most games, although they do alter size of room for the really popular ones (Boxing Day was very busy and much bigger space than normal - food bad though as struggled to cope with numbers).
I’ve got a season ticket in there - best thing is the view of the match, food is average as is the live music. Decent value at £60 though for Ipswich game.
I had the misfortune of ordering a drink stood next to him in the pub before Blackburn game. Completely unprovoked, he started having a go at a young Cov fan and it took some “mates” and bouncers to calm him down.
My view is that he needs help rather than people take the piss out of him - I...
Nope, would never slag off our players during a game - not really going to help in my view - but absolutely believe he is one of the worst strikers we have had player this level, other than maybe Trevor Benjamin, but at least he was a free transfer.
If you think his performance was OK, you must have very low expectations. £ for £, he is one of the worst strikers we have ever bought - cost us 3 points at Norwich and was hopeless this evening. Thank god he had been subbed off long before penalties.
