    Lampard interview

I don’t think the idiots on here (and around you, apparently) who don’t like the guy are representative of our broader fanbase. As I say, his song more often than not is ringing around the stadium home and away.

    Lampard interview

His song gets sung literally every game? He will always have detractors but he is also one of our most popular players, rightly so.

    Wright penalty decision

Shall we go through all the passes Grimes misplayed tonight as well and declare him to be incompetent as well? I wish all refs (and all players) were as consistently good as Grimes but the reality is they’re not, so you either accept that sometimes you will be on the wrong end of that, or you...

Aled Williams has done a brilliant job with him.

    Wright penalty decision

I’m not expecting it to make you feel any better about it, but players and referees failing to do routine stuff they’re supposed to do is often a big part of any football game, and sometimes it is just down to bad luck. If you want to assume it’s always down to them being actively shit or...

Don’t think you fully understand how luck works in this context

    Atmosphere again

Yeah thought it was considerably better tonight. Crap ref always helps.

    Wright penalty decision

It sucks but to suggest there’s some kind of bias against the team that’s 10 points clear of the playoff places is bizarre. As others have said, it’s bad luck really. And you would have a hard job convincing me that this team has been hard done by in terms of bad luck overall this season.

    Wright penalty decision

Is there a kind of refs council that decides this stuff beforehand, or are they conspiring against us individually?

200 million price tag - Wright

Why would you sell anyone right now? Wright has routinely shown he has what it takes at this level, no amount of toys being thrown out of the pram changes that.

    BTA

That he was in the form of his life before he went down and there’s no guarantee it can be sustained after suffering quite a bad injury

    Does your wife/partner like football?

She has basically no interest in it but has been to two away games, Yeovil and Fulham - had to tell her that neither are really representative of the average day at the football. Personally quite like that she’s not into it really, you’ve got to have some stuff that’s your own thing. And not...

    The bitterness...

If people get this pissed off about supporting a team outside the PL, I don’t know how most of you are going to be able to cope with the tsunami of bullshit that comes with being a Premier League club in this day and age. This board is going to be fully mental.

I would say he’s found his level. But on the other hand, it’s Martyn Waghorn.

Best TV shows or movies you can recommend

Thought Pluribus had some moments of true brilliance (the cold open with the Peruvian girl for example) but the show works better as a thought experiment than it does as a drama imo. The camerawork and the performances are all there but the plot just isn’t as propulsive as BB or even BCS...

    Gus Hamer

His legacy here is great already - let’s just remember him for the good times we had first time round rather than bring him back for an awkward reunion tour in the PL.
