The look of the quality of recruitment will fluctuate as the players fluctuate in and out of form or injuries.
On the whole I think our recruitment has been largely successful
There always has been and unfortunately always will be, total disrespect for Eccles by some on this forum
He's better than a lower championship or league 1 player and has proven that on many occasions this season
Whilst I've agreed with the majority of things you've said on this thread, none of us are qualified, and yes whilst he's the head of the club that knows fk all about football he shouldn't spout his nonsense publicly, we on here do exactly the same and we're not qualified either.
Not only that but why the fuck would any supposed City fan want to give the opposition a heads up on team selection.
And don't think nobody takes any notice
That might have had more to do with the fact the game was won and we hardly exerted ourselves the whole 2nd half
I thought although boring we managed the game very well
Reading some of these posts you'd think Eccles was lucky they were shit
Where in real life he was and has been on several occasions the best player on the pitch
I expect us to be a lot more solid at the back providing we bring in Dovin, Kitchin and Bidwell
I expect us to be more forceful in midfield providing we swap Sheaf for Eccles
And I expect us to be more potent up front providing Simms starts
Obviously if the changes aren't made then I expect...
1st team I've seen that i fully agree with.
Based on Saturday, Collins, Binks, Dasilva and Sheaf should all be on the bench and I'd even go as far to say maybe Saka too
Been saying for ages that both Wilson and Collins are poor keepers just that Wilson is slightly less so
We have to go with Dovin and stick with him for the foreseeable, he has to be the best of the 3 surely
