Yeah realise it’s not exactly a very good question based on loads of factors. I’d been running about 5 years before lockdown doing about 25mile a month average , max 2 runs a week - parkrun and one other , with no other excercise. I’m late 30’s and had got down to 23:30 5k and 51:00 10k... and...

Does anyone on here run about 50miles a month. If so what sort of times do you do for 5k and 10k

Another 10k today for me. Was wet and windy and legs were still tired from the last 2 but got it done...still with walks every mile but down another 1.5 minutes
