Deadline for finding a new ground?

If exiting admin drags on, then PA will probably do a deal with ACL to play at the Ricoh for the forthcoming season. ACL have already said we can play for free whilst in admin. Also, despite what TF says about future plans, he cannot do anything whilst we are in admin.

    Whats your take on this?

So this is McSheffrey saying that Fisher has done the dirty on him?

    Liquidating CCFC Limited

Not sure what you mean by this. The only mention of the liquidation card has come from supporters who feel that "Not a penny more" could lead to liquidation. I doubt that that would happen. More likely, that SISU being starved of income may sell up rather they put more money in.

    Liquidating CCFC Limited

I do not think for one minute that the whole club will be liquidated, it makes no sense. Limited could be liquidated to get rid of the lease agreement for the Ricoh which still has about 40 yrs to run. ACL as a creditor, will according to SISU be paid in full what they are owed in rent. ACL...

    Liquidating CCFC Limited

When the building industry is on its knee's then that's the time to develop assuming you have the funds to do so. 3 reasons 1. You buy the site cheap. 2. You get it built on time as builders crying out for work. 3. When the industry recovers you sell for a profit.

    The new ground

Fit and proper is our best hope at the moment, but FL are as weak as piss.

    Liquidating CCFC Limited

The stadium, is I guess already fit for purpose apart from preparing the pitch and turning on the power. If rumours are to be believed, this is already happening for someone, and not Peterborough United. Your point about local conurbation is valid, but how rigid the ruling is anyone's guess...

    Liquidating CCFC Limited

Well here's a couple of thoughts. They buy Nene Park for a knockdown price(sound familiar) and we are based there for 3 years whilst a stadium closer to home is built. They then sell Nene Park for a profit to a developer. Or if we are unable to build close to home, then they develop Nene Park

    Liquidating CCFC Limited

That would appear to be the most logical solution.

    Liquidating CCFC Limited

I think that SISU, Optium etc will look to liquidate CCFC Limited once we are out of admin. The reason for doing this will be to get rid of the Lease agreement for the Ricoh. However, their plans may be thwarted. The Football League have to issue the Golden Share once Limited is out of admin...

    Nobody thought it was sincere:D

    Breaking news

Well we are still in admin until CVA etc. So how can Fisher (SISU) do a deal on anything at present.

    Nene Park - Reality?

I know that, but rules can be bent, twisted, relaxed. You only have to look at rules re fit and proper owners to see that, they are not always applied to the letter. What if SISU offered free/subsidised travel?

I don't want to support SISU - but i don't want to kill CCFC either...

The problem is, that very few trust SISU, and nobody has a clue as to what they really want to do, this is due to lack of transparency. If there was trust and a detailed way forward, then it would be easier to make a decision on whether to jump on the train or turn your back.

    Nene Park - Reality?

From a SISU point of view, is this a better option. They will know from the fans forums that the vast majority will not travel to watch CCFC play outside of Coventry. So, will any less travel to Nene Park than say Walsall, I don't think so. Nene Park has enough capacity to handle those who...

    Sisu's Thinking...

I agree with you. Brody was always banging on about franchising. If you don't get the support in one area whether it be from council or fan base, you simply move out of town. Doubt whether league would approve this though, they would not want another MK Dons situation. But they would not have a...

    QuickQuid our new shirt sponsors??

A Sisu related company to get round FFP. As usual no money will change hands, just a debt added to the club as a (Loan in lieu of sponsorship).

    According to Walsall manager...

It never was going to be Walsall. Fisher said so at forums.

    Looks like its walsall

Please Please guys - It ain't Walsall. Fisher said so at forums. I would only bet on Ricoh or Nene Park
