joe elliot has resigned as life president

I do not believe liquidation was on the cards back then. Administration, yes. Handing over the shares mean't that nobody could stop SISU doing whatever they wanted. He should have been intelligent enough to see this, other people posted at the time that this would happen. Should have said to RR...

joe elliot has resigned as life president

Elliott was around when the ridiculous Ricoh deal was made, a full board member I believe. He also helped Ranson collect all the shares for nothing, are you getting the picture?

    Temporary ground share

Well Nene Park is empty. What if during the ground share with NTFC, we picked up support from the Northants area? Nene Park is purchased and developed over the next 3 years When ground share ends we move to Nene Park? Unlikely, I know, but I would not rule this out. SISU would just BS the FL and...

What chance Next Season? What are Players thinking right now?

Depends on whether we get deducted another 15 points. You would need at least 45 to stay up so would have to get 60 plus. Think we have achieved that total 3 times at the most in the last 20 years. Season will be a write off which is a shame, because from what I have seen and read SP has worked...

As Coventry City fans we’ve lost our club

We lost our football club the minute Joe Elliott persuaded shareholders to give up their shares.

1 year in the Ricoh (would make sense)

Embargo can't be lifted whilst the club is in admin ! So how have Pompey managed to bring in players? Also, we have an embargo due to late filing of accounts not admin.

1 year in the Ricoh (would make sense)

Well. I reckon we will still be in admin for most of next season. Didn't ACL say that we could play at the Ricoh for no rent, just overheads, whilst in admin? Take that deal, get the embargo lifted, players in. Then spend 12 months bridge building with ACL.

    3-1 to go down

To be honest these sort of things mean nothing. I haven't even given a thought to next season, 4 weeks away, no ground(officially), no sponsors, embargo, no kit, few fans left. The bookies should be giving odds as to whether we will start the season. Finally, I think SP deserves a medal for...

    A scenario ?

But u know what would happen. SISU would claim that Holdings is the club as they have done all along and threaten to sue the FL Apart from that, SISU will likely liquidate Limited anyway to rid themselves of the lease unless ACL agree to CVA. If the league had balls, they would not rubber...

    Saints Support

Good article and thanks for support. It could have be Saints if SISU had got hold of you. Bet yr glad they didn't
  18. BrisbaneBronco

I talked to B.C.F.A re. phoenix club.

If that were to happen, then things could change for the better. But, SISU would no doubt claim that Holdings is the club and go down the legal route.
