Latest: Fisher says 'no chance' of CCFC playing at Ricoh

Thats true, I was approached to help CRFC expand commercially and develop the ground years ago but then their financial problems at that time came to light so it never went ahead. Would be quite a small ground in comparison and traffic access would be a major issue for big matches, yes even...

Latest: Fisher says 'no chance' of CCFC playing at Ricoh

Does he realize how much security he will need at these forums, the dog will not be enough! Mind you the cost of any security will only be added to SISU's fabricated "investment"

    Worth a read...

What a load of crap. We did not get the Golden Share until 2001 when we were relegated from the Premier League.

PH4 - the new messiah, or a very naughty boy

I would rather see the stadium empty than have SISU owning it.

We should start planning a Phoenix club...

That would mean Conference Premier, but their finance rules are a little different and we would have to show financial stability through audited accounts. Also we would have to be out of Admin / CVA or they would drop us to Blue Square North.

    A few more questions/thoughts

If Holdings were paying the rent and the rent is outstanding for £1.3m or £600k (whoever you listen to) would it not simplify everything for ACL to go after Holdings and put both companies in Admin hence solving all the smoke and mirrors?

    League Rules vs Law

It is league rules that no member club can take action against the league or they would immediately cease to be a member. Yes that means that if we get a new buyer (please let it happen) SISU as a company could take legal action against the Football League to get the Golden Share back, but even...

    Elvis planning overhaul !!!!

He has had a poor start at City, but it's not fair to lay into him so soon into his contract. Question is though assuming his contract is with Holdings (SISU) and we get a buyer taking over the football club he will along with the players be out of contract. Would you re-sign him or look at...

    In all seriousness .........

No because he will invest in the club and we will have 50% income from the Ricoh. Transfer fees are not relevant it is the wages he pays for the squad they assemble. The big issue as I see it would be that the accounts for 2012 have not been submitted which is the original reason for the...

Surely the Golden Share is now with the Football League ?

Maybe the Football League stance is that they issued the Golden Share to Coventry City Football Club, where the owners decide to store that share is irrelevant to them which is why they deducted 10 points from CCFC not the labyrinth of companies set up by SISU.

    By what date

Good question, but pretty sure that the League meeting is normally held in mid June and that is normally the deadline for such things.

8 weeks and golden share not found.

No wonder he cant find it then if he's looking for honestly and he is dealing with SISU

Some questions the Administrator wil have to address

The players contracts and who they are assigned to is as easy as a phone call to the Football League as a copy of ALL players contracts has to be lodged with them before a player can be registered.
  19. S

    Two clubs, one share

If SISU are unable to continue as a football club surely the players contracts would be void due to breech of contract! So that would leave PH4 with a blank sheet to start with, no manager, no players but the opportunity to sign who he wants free of charge. Thank you Mr Fisher.

    Administrators Report

How can he make a decision when he is not being given the truth. That is why he needs to get the court to direct him, which I thought they would do today.
