    Response from Football League

"In addition, the Board's approval remains entirely conditional on the Club ultimately exiting administration in accordance with The Football League’s conditions and achieving a successful transfer of its League share. " so at what point do they say " you have not yet come out of admin...

    Cobblers fan with questions

[All we were aware of was that you had nowhere to play (for whatever reason) and asked us if you could use our ground. Next thing we know we're getting accused of stealing your club, stealing customers, etc. I'm just trying to get a bit of back ground to make a proper judgement. we have...

    Cobblers fan with questions

possibly might come under that body for major developments - but this wont be a major develoement like the Ricoh , smaller ground stood on its own. At a push SISU could apply to Leicestershire and build in Hinkley (although the town have ground). the Coventry Speedway Team (Bees) stadium is...

    Cobblers fan with questions

The Coventry Council probably would not - but not far out of the 'city limits' there is Nuneaton and Bedworth Council (the Ricoh sits just on the coventry council side of the border) or you have Rugby Council to the south. so the SISU gang might apply with those councils and still have a ground...

if Gillingham at 'home' is on a sunday (15th Sept) - forget the train - buses only due to engineering work between Rugby and Northampton.

    Protest at Football League Headquarters

Dont agree that other clubs fans would not support us - additional travelling for those 'away fans' to northampton> ironic that wolves, Crewe,Carlisle,Port vale,Preston, Shrewsbury fans for example would have to pass the Ricoh on the M6, and travel through Cov by train. extra cost and time.

    Football league

I agree with you sentiment Didge - but I think " All that they are concerned about is fulfilling the fixture list and nothing else." means they would rather have the city in the league than not - hence their agreement, however distasteful, to the sixfields share. if City could not fulfill the...

    Done Deal

i was stating the case that cobbler said it was a done deal as if he was there when the deal was signed- not the rumour that has been on every piece of media possible. and if you believe everything that the bbc tell you god help you ffs!. i will only believe it when the city kick off at...

    Done Deal

i smell something here - how come cobblers didnt mention the agreement about changing matchdays until it was pointed out that FL rules state City have first choice??? either this chap is on the Northampton Board or he is guessing like the rest of us??

we support the groundshare - sign here

My heart says go - my wallet says no. I live 20 mins walk from the Ricoh and just cannot afford the additional costs of going to Northampton, I work a lot of night shifts starting at 1900hrs so to travel back from sixfields would not give me the time,to eat and get to work. I am afraid it is...
