I don't understand the Thorns doing his best brigade?!

Thing is, Nick. When the opposition is on top and looking for an equaliser / winner and we go on the back foot, our passing game goes all to pot. As you say, that is the time to play possession football, when you are trying to see a game out and waste time.

I don't understand the Thorns doing his best brigade?!

It's the way I feel too OSB. Can't see how we can be that bad if we keep in games for 85 mins or whatever. Doesn't point to a poor team. Tireness is probably to blame for some points lost, inexperience too, but you can't conclude all the points are just down to a few factors (tiredness...

I don't understand the Thorns doing his best brigade?!

My argument though, Gaz, has alwasy been that I expected a struggle, but never, ever expected us to be rock bottom for a long period of of the season and 7 points adrift. We are very much underperforming. I have us down as a struggling team but not the worst team in the division. Now, either...

I don't understand the Thorns doing his best brigade?!

Good point. I don't quite buy this 'we're simply not good enough.' We compete in games for long periods. All these last minute defeats cannot by down to tiredness and inexperience. Some points for sure, but all of them? Also, if we are as poor as many make out on here then if Thorn does keep...

It is now 70 home league games since we came back from a goal down to win...

Ohh bugger. That's that idea out of the window then.

    John Terry - thoughts?

Yep. People have already decided he's guilty. A bloke on Radio 5 Live this morning said that every black player in the England squad should refuse to play in the Euro's this Summer, but then he did add that this was based upon something Terry may or may not have said. He then...

It is now 70 home league games since we came back from a goal down to win...

Simple solution. We just need to stop teams scoring first for the next 17 games. That should be piss easy.

I have a feeling Thorn will be gone tomorrow...

Remould the team? How? Most of the players will be gone and it will be a complete rebuilding process.

I have a feeling Thorn will be gone tomorrow...

Yep. Have a fitness coach. Just not one in a full time position.

    Reality check

Is this just a guesstimate or do you have insider information? No offence, but it sounds like a guesstimate.

Its all down to tactics. Thorn out

He is getting the best he can get.

So he didn't change it again after that? Maybe he changed it twice?

Lets make decisions, its the last throw

I can't disagree with any of it as it hurt my eyes too much and I couldn't read it.

    Dropped Points

Not so sure. Knowl too on GMK is saying AT changed it at half-time. I was too busy watching us being overran by Ipswich to notice to be honest.

    Administration is our only saviour

It is not the realistic option though is it. Has been stated before. Sisu would be cutting off theor noses to spite their face. Just can't see us going into admin.

Just wondering where this new found belief came from

While some City fans on here still think we have a chance of survival, everyone else in the bottom 6 must be thinking 'thank fook for Coventry City.'

Crunching the numbers - why we are almost certainly down now

2nd half Nimely was mostly out on the wing for sure.
