You are a traitor if you buy a season ticket next year!

Here's a very good and informative piece from OSB58: Firstly I would like to say thank you to those who replied to a question I raised regarding the apparent mortgage of season ticket income. The claims surrounding these apparent loans have been bugging me. So what is it we know well firstly...

You are a traitor if you buy a season ticket next year!

This is what OSB58 wrote in the FAQ-2 Money Talks in the Board/finance section: Other Loans The club and group has taken out other loans notably against the Ryton facility and ticket sales. This is not unusual but not desirable either. The alternative is however, given SISU will not put in...

Idea to help force Sisu out !!!!!!

Here we go again ... There are no evidence that NEXT season tickets have been borrowed against (factoring). It seems the old story from last summer just get dressed up a bit to do another dance. THIS season tickets were subjected to factoring ... you can read all about it in the FAQ's in the...

    Next Years Budget Projections

All maths have most likely been done excluding VAT. The thing about next years season tickets have been going round in circles - it is most likely the CURRENT season tickets that were factored in pre-season.

    Next Years Budget Projections

Yes, it will be a tough next season - just like this one, but all transitions are tough. We have on many occasions discussed the need for halting the finacial decline and overspending the club have been subjected to for 15 years or so. And - as you point out - no matter who the owners are they...

Is the holdup Hoffman, not SISU?

So, if we indeed have secured finances for the rest of this season, then a combined sale of Clingan and Cranie resulting in around £1-1.5m cash should secure finances for next season. The team as I see it looks decent for league 1 even without those two who could be replaced with cheaper and...

    New loan, Striker from Newcastle

Actually he said 8ft6 Quote: "If I get them both then it will give me two centre-forwards who can catch pigeons, and one of them is about 8ft 6 and that’ll do me nicely.” Read More...

Is the holdup Hoffman, not SISU?

I am not sure about a 50% match day income loss, but anyway I think you miss my point. Whatever our income decreses we will have to reduce wages accordingly down to 55% of the total income. Thereby reducing the cash needed to run the club. But just how much cash will be needed next season...

Is the holdup Hoffman, not SISU?

I wouldn't think they have written off the loans as investment. It would not make much sense as the loans are not defaulted. If they wrote that investment off one of they directors would stand to lose out some bonus money, and if they are all gready bastárds (as most think on here) then that...

Financial Fair Play in League 1

Won't help. The FFP regulation states that it is the sum of players wages that can't exceed 55% of the club income in league 1. In this league player wages can't exceed the total income. Other operational costs does not weigh in.

    Brody Back??

Well, he has been a shareholder the last year, which actually makes him co-owner. The question is why he list it on linkedin as only being from November.

    Roland Nilsson

He was on £300k per year at FC Copenhagen. His golden handshake is reported to be around £500K. He was sacked due to failure in Champions League.

Would SISU accept a £4m bid for the club?

I don't know the details of the original offer, but if you're right, then sisu seem unlikely to accept a deal where any part of the loans can be cancelled out if certain goals are not achieved. You don't mention anything about interest rates on the outstanding loans, maybe sisu wants interests...

Would SISU accept a £4m bid for the club?

No. I mean a bid of £1 to take over the whole business as it stands PLUS an agreement on the loans to the sisu funds. When sisu took over they negotiated the debts owed by the company on takeover day down to £8m. So their first action was to pay out that £8m with money from the funds...
