    Umm...Remember sisu...

As I've said eleventy billion times, I was very much expecting a relegation battle, but no way on god's earth was I expecting bottom 3 since October and 7 points adrift at the bottom from Christmas to now. We have underachieved even by our own poor standards.

    Bring Lee Clark in now

No, it's not, but it is within a whisker. I'm sure either play-off opportunity could have gone either way. Just finding it strange that we are moaning about a bloke who got a 48.88% win ratio and yet we dream of getting even a 22% win ratio at the moment.

    Bring Lee Clark in now

You seem to be talking like getting to the play-offs two years run and going on an unbeaten for 43 games is a bad thing? Failed to get promoted? Yes. But anyone who watches football with any degree of knowledge knows that when it gets to the play-offs it can just come down to a bit of luck...

    Songs for Marlon King's return

Be a lot not clapping him. Would hope that would be for his off field activities rather than the fact he left us to go to Brum though.

But why are we strong at home but so piss poor away. Just doesn't add up. And you talk of easier games. Well there was nothing easier than Forest away on Saturday. They were on a terrible run and had scored just 1 goal in 8 games. Brighton away too were there for the taking after a terrible...

A simply poll question re: Andy Thorn

Unfortunately .... and it is unfortunately, I agree. We have to do whatever it takes to stay up, even if that just means only a honeymoon period of results to ensure our safety and nothing after.

A simply poll question re: Andy Thorn

Sort of agree. I have always held the opinion that it is always wrong for us to keep sacking managers ....... with the one caveat being that that goes out of the window if I beleive a manager is taking us down and a change could possibly prevent that.

    Umm...Remember sisu...

If he keeps us up he will have done a good job. But, if we are good enough to stay up then we shouldn't have been in the bottom 3 since last October and 7 or 8 points adrift at the bottom since Christmas. If he keeps us up that points to him probably getting it wrong perviously but finally...

There was a clamour from fans for Thorn. don't know why though. I certainly wasn't clamouring. I was very worried about his inexperience.

Totally agree. Bad ownership Novice manager most probably out of his depth. Let me pose a question to everyone. If you knew you were going to be in a relegation stuggle for the season would you then put a complete novice at the helm and expect him to be able to steer a team away from a...

I thought people were saying Thorn was doing well and no-one could do better? I'm confsued. :thinking about: Besides, whichever 11 go out on the football field, that then comes down to how the manager sets out the formation and tactics. No-one is denying that Thorn has made quite a few...

    Umm...Remember sisu...

Attention hasn't shifted from Sisu to Thorn. Sisu to blame for our finances. Sisu to blame for no investment. Sisu to blame for our small squad. Sisu to blame for selling players. Sisu to blame for installing a scout as manager. Sisu not to blame for the tactics on the football...

Why AT is a good manager!

I kind of reckon that because earlier on we were losing to last minute goals away from home Thorn has set his stall for us to be more defensive on our travels. Not sure quite how that works however. Can understand a batten down the hatches for the last 15 minutes scenario, but not being...

Why AT is a good manager!

Certainly more sympathy for him. Maybe that's because he is a scout.
