Not One Penny More not working

Whatever the ifs and buts. Today was the second lowest ever league attendance for a CCFC 'home' game game ever. I say home through gritted teeth.

Skybluetony, thanks for the link. It does confirm. No contact with Warwickshire at all. Cheers.

Not One Penny More not working

Colin, we've got Colchester at Sixfields next. 300 fans? It'll be below 2,000. Possibly 1500. And that's with hundreds of Tim's freebies. Oh and I spoke to a friend on phone who lives in Northampton in the week. His 12 year old offered a free ticket. Not interested.

skybluetony, agree with you. Just one point. Re Brandon. The council have had NO contact whatsoever from Sisu. This from a councillor's mouth.

Lots of empty seats in the main stand. Pictures tell a story. You Sixfields exiles can really walk tall when you look back and see how you got into bed with Sisu. Why don't you all wave white hankies next time.

Crowds dropping already and we're still in August. Gillingham and Colchester next. Tim will have to give out even more freebies for those two. Today's crowd apparently the second lowest league crowd in our history. Sisu, try pleasing your fans/customers and bring the club back to where it belongs.

Irowan, hope you are right. Maybe the FL will abide by 'some' of their own rules. 2nd game in, exactly. Let's see how it goes.

Tankie, I like it! On what is a miserable day that made me laugh. VOR, hope you and the wife/partner are really ok.

Covhead, not sure about 700, they might go for a 'pressing game' with 600.

Nick, you really know how to debate don't you. Can see you and Robbo in the boardroom with Joy, using all your negotiating skills and silver tongue.

    Learning from history

Ron, I've still got the anti Richardson flyer that was held up by thousands at Highfield Road in a box in the loft. There was some protest even back then. Tom's Dad, thought provoking post. I'm not sure the fans are that divided. 95% won't go to Northampton. That's a massive majority. Make no...

Nick, perhaps you and Robbo could form a new organisation to show us fans the way forward? You could get that meeting with Joy Sepalla surely? Piece of cake eh? Robbo seems up for it, he's already given my proposal the thumbs up. Come on, you could really show these Trust guys how to do it?

So if it isn't in Coventry and CCFC are playing in another town, that's far more important than 4-5-1 or 4-4-2. Burying heads in the sand will do us a lot of good. But never mind eh, let's cheer the lads on in Northampton. Wonderful.

Oh yes, we'll 'whinge and protest' all day long about CCFC playing in Northampton. That point is a fairly important issue with us fans...somehow it seems fairly crucial to us.

Tommy, fear you are talking to a brick wall with Robbo. He/she, has got an agenda against the Trust. But we should watch out as it'll soon be announced he's the new fan's leader. He's hot stuff. Come on Robbo, go for it. Show them useless Trust blokes how to do it.

Nick, in answer to your poser about enthusiasm for a 'reclaimed' CCFC. Oh yes. Because I'm sure every fan would know they are the real CCFC. We would do what Wimbledon did and take back their heritage and history from MK Dons. As I said - the word you missed in my earlier post 'threat' of a new...
