I agree to some extent, he isn't the worst. But do you not see how it's all self serving? He laps up people wanting to know more and making out that he's holding golden information. It's superiority complex, and it shows in his attitude frequently.

Turner is doing his job = being an attention seeking prick. Be non specific enough to have people get giddy with their own assumptions. He's been utterly tiresome during this whole summer more than ever.

Talk of Bali Mumba potentially being able to join Plymouth on a permanent. If that's a chance I would be dissapointed if we didn't try beat them for him. Cracking player, fits the model, attacking wingback either side. Would be ideal.

It's just a treat to have exciting players like this. Ignore about end product and whatever else for a second, but for pure entertainment a team with Tatsu, O'hare, Palmer and hopefully Hamer is quite something.

Yeah there's no way. Plymouth haven't got a budget like that, and they haven't sold anyone notable to bring in funds. I'd guess at 1.5mill which I think would be a worthwhile gamble. Can't really lose money on that due to his age and potential.

I've been sent a photo with Whittaker with shirt / manager at Plymouth today so that ones officially done. Would have been a decent pickup for us, but expect Plymouth could offer guaranteed starts.

It can be looked at in two ways: Confident he has / will sign so going post heavy with him to have us all edging Deal is not close, and they are going post heavy with him to try show how much he is appreciated here by the club and fans to convince him to stay.

You could argue also his 'hands on' approach has brought in record season ticket sales? Before you say that's down to the fans backing, I'll say the only reason corporate hasn't sold is down to corporate not backing, rather than a hands on owner fault. It works both ways in the real world...
