    bbc championship predictor time!!!!!

I know. I was very accomodating with the City's results. 3 wins and 2 draws. Which I believe will in fact be great. But not for our survival hopes.

    Pompey v Bristol

Well we certainly don't want a draw there and us to lose, or indeed a Bristol win coupled with a City defeat. I think if Bristol win and we lose that would be very, very significant to our chances.

    Pompey v Bristol

Didn't say we'd need to do it by legal means.

Not being funny here, but you have Millwall only picking up 4 points out of 12 games. That is some slump! :o They've won 2 out of the last 4! :o

I did it a few weeks ago and got us on 41 points. And relegated.

    Pompey v Bristol

This Saturday. Absolutely massive. Pompey have to win. Bristol win that and Pompey will be 11 points behind them. Forest are 9 points clear. Was thinking a Pompey win would be great as we need to catch Bristol. Now not so sure, and am thinking a draw would be best for us. The one thing...

Why we are sadly going down...

Yep. I know people will be saying we have to win at Watford, but to my thinking even a draw would at least stop the rot. Something like a 2-2 draw would be great. 1. It would stop the sequence of defeats. 2. Would prove that we can score on our travels.

    Doncaster a big concern?

Hope you're right. We've been waiting a long time.

I'm still saying 4 home wins is an almost impossible task. Not even Southampton would expect to win 4 straight home games. They would be very confident for sure, but any team in the entire football league would tell you that even 3 wins and a draw out of 4 games would be fantasic. Just...

    Doncaster a big concern?

Right, with you. I honestly think we need Donny to fail, cos i can't see us catching both Bristol and Forest.

Why we are sadly going down...

Totally agree. It's not the fact that we've lost 10 in a row that is even the worst thing here (as bad as that might be), it's that we have only scored 7 goals on our travels all season. That is just dreadful. Absolutely dreadful. To be honest, we do deserve to go down ..... no matter how...

    Doncaster a big concern?

I'm concerned about Donaster because we need 3 teams below us. No use catching Bristol if Donny keep picking up results as they are now. If we don't worry about Donny then we need to focus on Forest and Bristol.

Why we are sadly going down...

45 points would be enough. I really believe that. I'm sure it's going to be lower than normal this year. Usually between 46-50, but I think 43 could be enough this season.

    Doncaster a big concern?

According to SSN last night, Reading were all over them until Donny scored.

    Season Ticket

Think this might be the first time for an age that I don't get a season ticket. :(

15 points would be enough. I am pretty certain of that. At least, that's what I predict anyway. Wouldn't just wish to assume anything though.

Like I said, it's a prediction, not an assumption.

    Doncaster a big concern?

We are not Coventry City FC. We are not the players. We are not the manager. We are the fans. I am sure the team are focused on what they need to do. Fans will of course worry and analyse and look at what the other teams are doing. It's natural and it's what fans do. City will do their own...

It's not an assumption, it's a prediction. I said 11 or 12 points and am sticking with that.

    Doncaster a big concern?

Me neither. If it was in our hands it would be a lot less stressful. Now we are back to the not being able to get out of the bottom 3 with a win scenario.
