He was awful on Tuesday. Lost count of how many times he gave the ball away or lost possession.

He has been very poor thus far. It's not just the league and cup games by all accounts either. Reports from the friendlies have been saying he has been awful too. Needs to show a vast, vast improvement. His heading, passing, touch and skills of possession seen lacking. Besides that he's been fine.

Be interesting to see what happens Saturday. Whatever the outcome it should be a game where we have most of the possession, pressure and control. You can always lose to the odd fluke goal or mistake or down to bad luck, but it really should a game we dominate.
