I want an experienced manager.
Just don't think we should dismiss anything or anyone.
We have gone for managers who have had success elsewhere and they have flopped here. We have gone for ex-players and they have flopped too. Where the answer lies fook knows.
Just wrong to dismiss people out...

We have no idea how much the board will have budgeted for a new manager so just because we agree on a name on here that doesn't mean the board would even begin to listen.
Maybe we should all agree on Redknapp.
How on earth am I on the fence? :thinking about::thinking about:
I haven't suggested any manager at all because I have no idea what sort of budget has been set for the position by the board.
If I knew what budget had been set aside then I would suggest managers, but if we can only do it on...
Totally agree. Destroyed the dressing room and the football was just passing in triangles without any penetration at all.
Just look what Black did when he came in and let loose all the players McAllister deemed not good enough.
McAllister's reign was truly dreadful.
Still has a better win ratio than any other manager we have had for a while

No, no, no, no no and....
NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He was awful for us. Truly dreadful. Please let's not go there again.
How do you come to that conclusion?
I am just saying it is wrong to dismiss anyone when we have no idea how they would do.
Funny isn't it that when we buy a player and people on criticise the signing posters are all over them like a rash and saying how can you judge before he has even kicked...
No-one is saying that are they? Never heard anyone say Black was our best manager. Better than Jimmy Hill? :o Milne? Sillett/Curtis? :o
The whole thread has been hijacked .... as per usual, but it was to be expected.
The history books will state that Andy Thorn was the worst manager ever...
