From what I can make out, Robins may have reached out based on a recommendation from within (the latter part not confirmed but CR is known by at least two people already at the club).

It seems Robins may have reached out initially, so was onboard. However it didn’t get any further.

Not happening now apparently. Not prepared to go into details but it wasn’t approved to move forward at this time.
