I've done this a few times and it's sorted by either ringing the ticket office, or going in to it. They issue a paper ticket for the adult for that game, and the kids season ticket card is blocked for that match. Never had any issues with it.

Just the 10 deducted for me. Level overall. Weird how they’ve done it though? Why credit in the first place? If it was a compensation for no season cards arriving on time then fair enough, but why deduct it again now? I’m guessing they deducted the points from those who attended the match, but...

Yep, fair point as I said earlier. But he could have delivered more for them if given a bit more freedom. There was a point when SU had a dangerous play down the right and he was hanging outside the box when a few yards forward he could’ve got a shot away. Clearly an instruction to hang back...
