you'll get somewhere very decent for that money. Kenilworth is great, plenty of restaurants and bars and an easy commute into Coventry. If you actually want to be in Coventry then for that sort of money I'd be looking at Stivichall or top of Earlsdon.

The former technkcal college is a premier inn which is extremely busy. I think shops would do well there. CRFC have some decent plans in place
