My son was registered twice, (don't know why. no reason he should have been), was on the phone for ages to Ticketmaster trying to get tickets on his ST.
Sorted eventually.
They turned me away the bastards!
But if that's right then hats off to the staff in the ticket office, we're lucky to have people who care as much as they do when they're employed by a mob like our current owners.
(I still want my booking fees reimbursed!)
I couldn't put my finger on how I was feeling after bagging 12 tickets, so thanks for articulating it - warm and squidgy, like it.
Think I'll use one of those tickets to light this Cuban I've been saving for a special occasion.
