    Not one penny more

To drive this home it needs to be in SISU's face. We need to telling them that we will give them nothing. We need to show them that it is in their interest to leave and never come back. On the flip side we also need drive home the point that once they leave we will be pour back through the...

    Not one penny more

With all the events that are happening it is time for us fans to make a stand. As a single united group the fans are the biggest stakeholder in the club and we have power but only if we all unite. My suggestion is the 'NOT ONE PENNY MORE' campaign. It does exactly why is says on the tin. We...

They are the largest official fans group, an at the moment certainly the most prominent. 2000+ members makes a statement I they are on board.

You beat me to it AFC. I was going to add that making it a big charity day could really help generate interest. As others have suggested can we get the former players association on board? Legends 5-a-side, fans games etc. really want to inspire the fans to get behind this and actively show...

    Positive Boycott

If the worst happens, and I truly hope it doesn't and we are playing games out of the city I propose a boycott with a slight difference. The vast majority of us have stated we would not go to 'Home' games, so instead on the day of the opening home how about we organise a match at the Ricoh...

    New Ricoh deal

What damages???? The council mortgage to ACL allowed a reduced rent deal to be brokered to CCFC. This aided the club. How could they prove any damages......?

    Alternative Ground

Rubbish. CCFC and ACL both agreed the rent figure with no clause for revaluation. This CCFC's fault for declining flexible rental that was offered. When CCFC asked for negotiation after relegation (albeit in an arse backwards / unscrupulous way) ACL did not take long in offering a vastly...

CET: Sky Blues take Coventry City Council to high court over bailout

I think you'll find that the cash was refunded by the council taking out an equivalent loan themselves. If you read the statement you just quoted it says 'initially'. You need to know the whole story and not just pull out individual quotes. The cash only initially came from council cash...

CET: Sky Blues take Coventry City Council to high court over bailout

Council funded the loan to ACL by taking out a loan themselves using a lower rate of interest. They will have been able to do this as they have a better credit rating than ACL would have. So in fact this is actually benefiting taxpayers by generating income for the council.

    Announcement tomorrow

No problem in the slightest. Council have acted to ensure their own investment remains a going concern. They borrowed money at a lower rate and then sold it to ACL at a higher rate. ACL benefits from lower interest than from Yorkshire Bank, Council benefits as it generates income for them...

CET: Sky Blues take Coventry City Council to high court over bailout

Two options here: SISU are complaining that the council aided ACL by lowering the mortgage interest payments, which in turn allowed ACL to make an vastly improved rent offer to the club. This shows SISU to be idiotic in the extreme. OR SISU are complaining that the council (which did...

Leyton Orient council want to help out by giving them £1M ............

If you're not a qualified accountant then he is merely stating fact, and that you aren't technically qualified to argue with the auditors. No insult intended there I think.....

Trust meet administrator - statement coming

It really ought to be as simple as whichever legal entity the Football League registered it to at the start of the season, plus supporting documentation if a transfer took place mid-season. Do not understand the delay here.....

Leyton Orient council want to help out by giving them £1M ............

A disgrace that the 50% shareholders of a company have acted to ensure that it remains a going concern, and also managed to generate additional income for public at the same time? Sounds perfectly fine to me.

    Joe Elliott talk about CCFC

And why would that be then? Care to justify this comment?
  18. Jim

Cat 2 academy can only exist where the golden share is

A subsidiary can be bought by an outside party and would become an independant compamy in it's own right or a subsidiary of a different group of companies. If CCFC Limited has the Golden Share etc, then this is in essence the club and that would be all Haskell would need to acquire. SISU then...

Bid is Elliott & Hoffman, with Haskell a partner

That would CCFC's former vice-chairman not SISU's as he left the board due to way SISU were starting to run things. I think he is worthy of trust. He is a Sky Blue through and through.
