    Can we do it then?

I prefer DMC to DMG anyway. Much better player.

    Can we do it then?

Well that's who i am talking about. Losing DMC, Bailey and Adams to the team and not being able to replace them would be a major blow.

And we've had no other striker with anything even approaching that tally since Dion Dublin. They are as rare as rocking horse shit. As I said before, we should not under estimate the importance of David McGoldrick to the team. First two words on the lips of any anyone opposition team talk when...

Sticking by my guns. Waiting til Jan and the dreaded window to see who will be leaving and if anyone will be coming in. Get through Jan unscathed and in a healthy league position, then who knows!

Yeah that will do it. Stick that on a Christmas card and send it in. I'm sure that will convince her to pay up for DMC and sort the rent out! :D

Both are key. DMC is identified as the main threat by the opposition. This in turn frees up space for our other forwards and midfield players. His contribution is massive even when he doesn't do anything.

Spot on this. Robins' influence has been massive. Baker seems transformed from the player we saw previously and he appears to be able to get the best out of everyone.

Disagree. Because of DMC's fine scoring streak this has created space for other players around him. Don't under estimate just how important he is. It's because DMC is getting so much attention from the opposition defences that we are now getting goals from elsewhere.

Written off, yes. Hated? No. I didn't write him off but I was concerned about his supposed tendency to disappear out of games for sure.

Got to keep it going though Pax. That is the real test. Sustained form. If we could carry on like this it could be quite a season. Off field stuff may dictate our fortunes though.

You have to wonder that without Thorn and Shaw we could be top right now.
