But how can you ask questions about the contents of an offer before it's been offered? The people behind the offer (if there is one) haven't even made the fact there is an Offer public yet, so they're hardly likely to divulge information that maybe contained within it.

So you're getting upset about lack of information about the contents of an offer, yet the offer Hasn't even been offered yet, it's just been leaked that there will be an offer hasn't it.
