    Remaining fixtures

What we would need to happen is a quite improbable sequence of results. 1. We would have to win all 3 remaining fixtures. 2. Gillingham would have to get no more than 3 points from their 3 games. Therefore, 1 win, 2 losses, or 3 draws. or 3 losses. 3. Barnsley would have to get the same...

Stil a failure though, having been top 6 for so long.

Yep. If we can finish the season on a high now it should then bring some positivity into the new season and the slump will not be half as painful as it appeared it was going to be. A contiunal slide done the table would have done tremendous damage I reckon.

It is almost certainly too late. We can get to 72 points (have to win all 3 games). For Gillingham, 1 win, 1 draw, 1 defeat, would give them 73 points. Wouldn't be able to catch them. For Barnsley, 1 win, 1 draw, 1 defeat, would give them 73 points. Wouldn't be able to catch them. We can...

Apparently so. Common bleeding sense is seen as negativity in fluffy Sky Blues Talk Land.

    Leicester

Not an odd argument at all. Surely it is bleeding obvious. Leicester are right on our doorstep and considered by most as a close rival. That is completely and totally different from Chelsea (who I believe are in London) and Man City ( who I believe are in Manchester). Leicester is 22 miles...

BBC News: Donald Trump confuses 9/11 with a convenience store

Well the obvious answer to that in regarsd to Donald Trump then is for him to stop speaking.

Would say that stupot is one of the best posters on this forum. Always reasoned and rational and I agree with so much that he posts. As he says, some still seem to believe we can do it and still make the play-offs. That is an enormous leap of faith and so highly, highly improbable. Six teams...

Well yeah, okay, the name Gadzhev may well be quite easy, but unfortunately I myself, can't spell Gadzhev and I'm sure it will be exactly the same for many other posters too.

    Leicester

I just shudder at the thought of Leicester City tops appearing all over the city centre here over the summer. Be plenty of impressionable young kids adopting them as their team for sure. Really hope it is Spurs that take the title.
