    I touched on this in another thread, but can anybody remember when they started the early bird last year? I thought it was about March/April time, but may well be wrong. At this time the club would normally rake in a fair bit of cash, which presumably helps run the club/aids player purchases...

    Just remembered that Walsall player giving it large to the City fans at the end of the league game (I think). May have been Morgan Ferrier, Whoever it was, we owe him/them one on Saturday.

    Willis had better hope the scout left early and didn't notice the header back to Burge for their late equaliser! Bristol City are on an incredible run right now, and so I would have thought Willis would be a bench warmer (at best) in their current set up.

    Huckerby was all but unplayable when he was on it. Not only was he quick, but he had good control and skill. It was only ever his tendency to stray offside that let him down. If he'd been at a 'big' club, he'd have earned England caps.
