Yep ..haven't had a proper nights sleep for ages .. Normally 3-4 hrs at most ..drive the wife mad keep moving so end up getting up ....the only time I sleep for a long period is when I am ill and I am very rarely ill. If I fall asleep for half an hour I am then wide awake .. Pretty sure it is...
