    Fa Cup tonight

Way it’s going as much as I’d love to see Man City at home for my kids, I think I’d rather have Man Utd…..

I went on initial fee. Think it was 37 up front. But yeah. Hardly cheap….

    Premier League thread

I agree. But I don’t like how it’s like an underdog story David vs Goliath financially. Chelsea have no cutting edge up front. Liverpools goal scorer cost them 75m.

    Premier League thread

Anyone else annoyed with all the rhetoric is Chelsea’s spending all that money and losing to liverpools kids? Fucking nonsense. The non academy players for Liverpool yesterday that played…. Totalled nearly 300m on initial fees alone. Yes they had a load out injured but hardly scraping a team...

Not there tonight but yeah, there’s always one ‘bad day at the office’. This better be it…

Safe Standing Survey Email from CCFC

No I was just thinking more akin to how the west terrace used to be, and how it is at St Andrews. But I suppose there’s no natural break in the seating (like a walkway or anything) so you’d end up losing seats for it to work, so those immediately behind it could see. Maybe where the vomitories...

Safe Standing Survey Email from CCFC

Gonna have to be several surveys/consultations on this, as to specifics, but also what supporters in the respective sections prefer.

Safe Standing Survey Email from CCFC

I put the corner but if I’d been able to put multiple then I’d have behind the goal in blocks 26 etc - but not too many. Maybe the first 15/20 rows in one or two blocks? I’d suggest most people wouldn’t want to stand all game, and I certainly don’t think it would be wanted in the family zone...

    Our best 11

Have to remember Robins really likes Eccles - trusts him to do the job. My only criticism of Eccles is sometimes he gives the ball away too cheaply. Otherwise he’s one of those whose work goes largely unnoticed.

    Championship thread 23/24

Just watching the latest Sunderland Netflix and Bannan is a right little shithouse, which probably lends itself to him being a dick to palmer during that first hillsborough game. I have to say as well I think he’s a shit player too.

Match Thread Plymouth (A)- Wednesday 14th Feb

Wasn’t haji’s recent groin issue to do with fatigue and tiredness - he did seem to overstretch it when got the injury but he’d played a lot of minutes in the run up to it, and robins did say he thought it was that. I think it’s wise especially given how long he was out for - wouldn’t want it...

    Unhappy Robins

They have had the youngsters play on it and also Nuneaton the other week when ordinarily it would have had a bit of time to recover between our games. That hasn’t helped.

    Something urgent needs to happen

Robins said this the other day, but it was happening to Viktor blatantly last season after a certain point, the tactic was to kick him to stop him, he got no protection either. It’s not on, the referee’s primary purpose is to protect the players. I think it was the Birmingham home game when he...

    Transfer Rumour Haji Wright

Yeah this is the reason why the keeper didn’t keep it out as he was expecting it to go far post I think. It’s pretty obvious when you see it. one thing with Wright is when he falls/tumbles down he looks a bit cumbersome/clumsy and it looks a bit silly, but he’s a big guy at 6’4” so I’m not sure...

    The queues

Thing is you don’t have to print them. The gap in the scanner is big enough for a smartphone. today I think the idea with the snakey queue thing was to not block up the path/road so fans can walk past. Once you got to a turnstile it was seconds in. Unfortunately you need people to comply with a...

    Transfer Rumour Haji Wright

This might sound a bit silly, but I often think that youngsters are good judges of players, and he’s got a lot of young fans. The amount of kids shouting for him to wave from the family zone when he was a sub the other night was quite something. bit like when Hamer is in town and they all queue...

    After goal chant

Real Madrid do it as well. Did it when I went for champions league. “Casemiro”!

    The queues

Got there at 710 as the teams were warming up. No issues, straight in. Re the printed tickets, people do know you don’t have to print them and can just scan them from your phone? I’d imagine the vast majority of people can do that?
