Yep that was what Fisher said, the club had no debt as SISU had converted the debt into equity - I think the most common way to do this is to have a share issue.

The identity of the owners only dosen't matter if the club is being run on an even keel. When it's being ground into the dirt like it is I think it matters hugely.

I don't know how the FL will see the importance of beneficial interest, they, the administrator and Companies House all say its in Ltd. That's good enough for me. If the golden share eventually ends up back in Holdings the club is finished. End of.
