A Client of mine has a son who is involved with the Worcester youth set up, having also played for Nuneaton youth for several years. They are interacting quite heavily with local rugby teams too from what I've been told.

I'm talking about contract policy in general, signing one player is hardly helping to build a long term squad is it? Nearly every player we sign is on 12-18 months and pisses off the next summer.
