Reply from the ccfc store with my query that the voucher code could not be accepted - "we don't issue the vouchers, contact the ticket office". Think I'll leave it for a while until things start to settle down.

Said on another thread I'd just tried using the voucher code in the on-line shop and it refused to accept it.

I'm a ST holder and just received my paper ticket for Forest. Also a £25 voucher from CCFC for the shop in a different letter. Just tried ordering an item from the shop but message at checkout that this voucher code cannot be used!
