if ALC really cared about Coventry City

I don't know. Someone they trust enough to share backhanders with, rather than someone they don't trust when the backhanders are due to take place?

    Can someone please explain

Yeah, but what is stop them choosing the place and time? 10 points off now would see them relegated. If they are less than 10 points above relegation as this season winds down to its conclusion then it is worth their while hanging on til the end of the season and then taking their chances and...

if ALC really cared about Coventry City

ACL are certainly no angels, though I would more apportion blame in the direction of the council in all this, rather than ACL, but with Sisu there does very much seem to be a degree of an air of dishonesty about them. Don't think you can throw the same label at ACL. Wouldn't trust the council...

It is obvious that Sisu ......

You may want to add in an 'allegedly' in there to be honest. Unless you have a lot of money in your savings that is.

    Can someone please explain

Why Portsmouth haven't had 10 points deducted yet?:confused: I know this was due when they were to exit admin, but surely there has to be a statute of limitations on this hasn't there? Been 12 months in admin now. Surely there has to be a cut off date in which a deduction has to be...

if ALC really cared about Coventry City

Think this all comes down to whether or not you believe ACL's sincerity in their assertion that they had real concerns SIsu were going to liquidate the club. I have been on the fence for some time on the Sisu /ACL issue but do have to say, the more I hear the more I trust ACL over Sisu...

    Latest Les Reid report

Depends on how fast your blender is. I should give it 10 minutes to be honest, just to be on the safe side.

    England Montenegro

I wished they had had that law in the 1970's! :(

    England Montenegro

Obviously it's a very weak bench with no strength in depth.

    England Montenegro

Yet now strangely enough though, all of a sudden we have started passing the ball about again and are now having a bit of success. Bizarre.
  12. Otis

    England Montenegro

They have. Doesn't excuse England not being able to pass the ball about a bit though. We have been in panic mode since the first minute of the second half and are playing the ball longer and longer at times, giving possession back to Montenegro.
  13. Otis

    England Montenegro

Yep. So familiar. Passing the ball well, in control. Opposition comes at them a bit and then it is all resorting to long aimless balls up front giving away possession time and time again. Sub should have happened at least 10 mins ago too.

    England Montenegro

Yeah, worrying isn't it. ;) Should have killed them off already. Get the feeling if Montenegro score then we could well lose. This all has a familiar ring to it. Dominating but not killing the game off.

    A wild thought ..

Yup. Nastier rather than any mellowing. It was arm wrestling before, now it is pistols at dawn!

A joke? I'm deadly serious! I want 20 points off!! I demand us having something to play for.

    Following our points deduction

Anyone else thinking it might be better to have 20 points knocked off? Then we'll still have something to play for. We all wanted an exciting end to the season didn't we? ;)

It's only 10 points. For now.
